You can limit results by entering terms into the boxes under the column headers.
-
If you know the primary_road has "hill" in its name, put 'hill' in the white box.
Only surveys with "hill" in the name of the primary road will be shown -- like "summerhill" and "hillshire".
-
Every time you add search terms to a different column, the results will be fewer. For
instance, if you also add 'akr' to the box under 'community_list', then only results
with 'hill' in the name of the primary road and 'akr' in the community list will show.
Once you've entered your search terms either click "Go" or the link in the
Search Conditions. Either one will take you to a new page with only the results you requested.
Since this is the "advanced" search, there are some subtleties you need to keep in mind:
- If a search gives more than 20 results, a link will appear offering to show them all
- If you change the search, then the "Show all" link will go away.
- The results show up in roughly numerical order by survey_identifier
- You can sort the columns by clicking on the headers
- The page will sort the survey_identifiers alphabetically. So, '10001' shows up before '9000'
because '1' is before '9' in the alphabet (the survey_identifiers LOOK like numbers, but they're not.
In numbers, 3218-1 is 3217, right? And, 3218-1a isn't anything at all.)
